i am designing a new pre-mixer beverage for a brandy company and wondering if any1 cud design me a bottle to suit the products image?
ive got an idea on paper just need it on the computer!
can any1 help?
Edit: or maybe a computer program i can use to design it myself? |

i'd offer to help but i suck at logos and illustration.
have you tried using google image search for ideas?
as for software...
free - ms paint
shareware - paint shop pro
advanced ub3r l337 g33k - adobe illustrator / photoshop |

just use photoshop
depends on what you want designed, if you were after the bottle a 3d program could work well because then you could get all the angles ect |

ahh okies... i know how to use photoshop a bit. is there a 3d program u cud suggest?
and anf yes i looked at google found a few bottles but being able to apply the label design etc and make it look good wud b tough i think! |

what kind of bottle is it that you want to design,
maya is a great program, but very complex and hard to use
id suggest using 3ds max
seeing its a bottle it would be easier to make in 2d |

i guess i cud just try find a bottle and stick a label on it, but if its gona look really cut and paste-like then i mite not bother!
ill have a try of those programs tho, just to see if i can do it :) thanks for ur help! |

so you have designed the label and just need to place it on a bottle?

well i wanted to design a cool bottle with a cool label.
but now im thinking its too hard.
so prob just find a bottle and design the label and somehow put it on the bottle (instead of trying to make both):) does that make better sense? |

yea it does now
if u just wanted the label, its better not to use a 3d program :p
just coz they are a bit hard to manage and u would have to import the label into it ect. |
