my guess:
she is his evil sister ....the house/cabin behind them shows you that she clearly lives in the boonies.
and obviously her evil boyfriend had the idea to take the pic...
what he didnt tell her was that he'd post it online.
she dumped him 2 days later after she found out.
but shortly after the dumping, the boyfriend called one night and they had make-up sex and now everything is "ok"
minus the fact the pic is still online.
