Considering the mods and admin always say "Tranceaddict does not support filesharing" I'd say that it's quite obvious that the tracks are legal. |

But they're not. Samples are not 9 minutes long and 12MB like the first track in the list in the singles section. |

Why wouldn't someone. If the track is available for download that's giving consent, unless you aren't the one that made the track available. |

| i dunno, id just imagine that they are not legal to play out, even though they are legal to download for personal use. I could be wrong of course |

you would imagine that since you own the track that you could legally record it on a mix as well... |
