Nice Jay! I was in Cyprus last summer, I suggest you check that out also while in Greece/Athens and after.

He's going to drink Ouzo like it was water...hell it's probably cheaper than...:P
All I did while I was over there is drink Keo or Carlsberg and hang out w my cousins, party, and eat like no tomorrow. mmm Souvla. |

macedonia is where my friends live and they tell me that the resorts on the black sea coast in Bulgaria are akin to ibiza without the high costs and the blaggers. And they have crazy pics and videos to back it up. Beach parties, huge clubs etc etc. I also have a great set by carl cox from bulgaria and im told that many many big names go through there as well.
I believe it too. If someone had told me about the party scene in Argentina before i had gone id never have believed them. Ive been told not to underestimate eastern europe. |

The food and booze is what im looking forward to. I remember greece a few years ago just before the Euro. Beer and Ouzo were the same price as bottled water!!! I hear things are a bit pricier in greece now though however apparently BUlgaria and Macedonia are still cheap as hell and croatia is somewhat inexpensive but getting pricier. |

ya I heared the beaches in Bulgaria are nice, but I'd expect the Croatian ones to be nicer. I am sure you'd have fun in a not-so-very-typical-way though :p
Endlesswave I htink in Bulgaria they drink something called "rakia". it's probably the same as ouzo |

Oh they have raki in greece too. This shop owner i made friends with gave me some of his bathtub brew. One shot that gave me a migraine the rest of the night. From that point on my buddy and i called raki "greek jet fuel"
