Thanks for all the advice guys...it did help. I think I may try that fruit thing.
Just an FYI, I am feeling better now. I'm still a little "TO'ed" (in the words of Kip Dynamite) but much better than before.
I think I want to invest in a punching bag...but like a bean bag one or something that's softer haha. I already have boxing gloves! Hehe |

haha yeah and then after you come down you'll be even more upset/mad at what made you pop to begin with.. and probably be mad at a couple of new things! hahaha
i usually just try and forget it.. look at a positive side (if there is one) and if not.. just cry.. i never used to do it but for the past year and a half of my life it seems like the only thing to do.. i can't explain it.. but sometimes i just cry to the point where i have no more tears..they just stop coming out and then when that point hits..it doesn't seem so bad anymore

I havn't been that angry in ages but when I'm angry I beat the out of a boxing bag or I bring a female friend over :D |

Oneo of two, really, three, things.
1) Either go for a walk and bring ur iPod/mp3player/cdplayer and a pair of headphones. i vent to myself while i walk (usually no less than 30min-1hour) and listen to trance. it helps distract adn calm me.
2) punch ... like walls or wooden fences (but this is bad for walls...) :( the key is u gotta hurt ur knuckles, bruise them ;) then u focus on that hurt and channel ur anger at that pain and this distracts u from bieng pissed at the person (meh... works for me)
3) Play with breasts... it has an incredibly calming and satisfying effect on me.
That is all i do i think... listening to trance on headphones, being alone and lying down or going on a walk is whut i almost 80% of the time do... its my favourite and works remarkeably well (for me) |
