| I was browsing around www.dancerecords.com and I notice some of their stuff is categorized under 'progressive techno.' Does such a genre exist or is it something that they just made up? The tunes sound similar in style to any other techno tunes I've heard on their site. |

well, more slower techno is kinda like Minimal Techno, or acid house.
Progressive Techno is the most retarted idea I have ever heard... who ever produces it needs to be killed. |

just beacuse its not listed in your dummys guide to trance dont mean it doesnt exist. i know what youre on about..progressive techno for me is stuff like corvin dalek..its techno..but not quite as full on.also some of the stuff timo maas used to play.
