I got there @ 11:30pm and they told me $25 before 12am. So I dunno what happened there.
Anyway, when I got inside, we had to wait 30 minutes to get into the main floor because there was something else going on inside. People were bringing chairs out and . I saw some people getting aggravated. Oh well. At Midnight, we were allowed in. I danced around on the main floor for a bit, then I jumped into the booth. Most of you who know me know that I am a booth whore. Well in this case, too many people on the dancefloor, so I stayed away. Shawn, the sound engineer guy let me in like always and got a chance for Yahel to sign my Devotion Vinyl. Cool stuff. Dimitri opened up and played some cool Progressive/Tribal stuff. When Yahel got on, it was complete madness. From straight up trance to Psy Trance :eyes: I wonder if Yahel > J00f? His transitions were all on point. I think one mistake, but it was fixed quickly. Once he threw a track in, he didn't even need his headphones anymore. Crazy. The booth got packed and everyone was making out and . I got my little play from someone I met :toocool: Good thing I got those digits. I started to become drunk. I dont know the name of the Avalon Red Bull drinks, but mixed that with liquor, I lost myself. Yahel, I thought disappeared to the bathroom, and someone went on and continued playing Psy Trance. I later found out he left at around 3:30-4am, something like that. I guess I was too drunk to realize :( Anyway, I left shortly after. Here are some pics. Until I get a new camera, the shots aren't that great.

Wow. How come you got so drunk that missed Yahel departure? No Respect to the Artist!!!!At least you got home safe.:)

How was Dimitri? Do you rememeber the girl you hooked up with? I hope you used some protection. At Avalon everything is possible.:D |

| it was a great night...actually my first time in avalon since limelight era..the set he played was incradible..he played many tracks from his new album "around the world" and i heard few infected mushroom tracks...and i too got there before twelve and had to pay 25 not 20 bucks.. eeh thats no biggie though...im glad i went there...i passed by the booth couple of times but didnt see anyone who looked like big mike, unless its not your pic under your nick :) |
