vending machine placement

| So me and my friend decided to go 50/50 on a Coca-Cola machine, we just bought it and we are trying to think of a good place to put it. I was wondering if any of you had any ideas on where we could put it to make money. The place that I work already has 2 machines, same with where he works, so those are out of the question. I'm not even really sure about where to start looking. Ideas? |

| Don't know what your options are so can't really help with placement but just out of curiosity how much does a vending machine cost? |

perhaps. it was a good deal though, and if we didn't buy it today, he was selling it to someone else tommorow. after we figured everything out, if we sold 15 cokes a day, and made 25 cents off of each, it would only take about 200 days to make the machine pay for itself. everything after that would be profit. we will also be making more then 25 cents per pop, so it should be a decent way to make a little extra spending money.
edit:: we bought it from my friends cousin, so it only ran us $800 US ($400 each). a good deal in my eyes. |

We have a connection to get everything for cheap, so as long as it isn't too far away, it won't be a problem really. |

| when i was in college i was in a club that had vending machines all over campus to raise money for our organization. we had an arrangement with the university to split the profits with them and they would allow us to be the only organization to put vending machines on campus. that group kicked ass. we banked so much money off that , it was fake. my idea, talk to your local college about placing them there. but watch them laugh at you, tell you no, and then steal your idea if they dont have them up there already. |
