who else things childrens tele progs are e compaired to what we had? i mean, inspector gadget Vs. teletubbies!! we had some quality tele, gadget, danger mouse (with good old del boy doing the vocals (david jason)), burtha (PLEASE!!!! Tell me someone watched this also, about a massive machine in a factory that made stuff) erm, what else we have? rainbow!! george, zippy and bungle!thomas!!!!!!da tank engine! heheh! look what they have now, bloody poke'a'bloke, harry flaming tosser, teletubbies, i feel sorry for kids of today, bring them back!!!!

everytime i bring up bertha people look at me like im a twat, normally i just get the "ur an arse" look but, ah bugger it, burtha is quality!!! that massive machine, and i remember the silly computer noises it used to make, beep, boop, hehehe! and doesnt matter what needed to be made, he made it! i can still remember the espisode with the rat program, and he made that trap with the cheese, and the robot's which used to run around! lol! aaahh the good old days!

| well i remember two robots, one a gold one, and small one, like the two in starwars, and they bez around the place always knocking stuff over, and the rat one was all these rats trashing the place so bertha made a rat trap with a little piece of cheese, and it had small bits going up a ramp into a small house in the trap, and when the rats went into the house for the rest of the cheese, the door came down and trapped them! lol! i used to love that program! i really do think childrens programs of today really suck compaired to oldies |

TELEBUGS!
Somebody please say they remember the Telebugs!
They were little robots with TV's for heads, and there was an Evil black Telebug who was mis-programmed and he'd say stuff like "Evil OK" or "Zudo Power".
And the big baddie was Angelbrain who was sucking all these kids into a comptuter or something. Anyway, turns out they're remaking it can calling it Gigglebytes, but they're using the original characters!!!!!!! YAY! |

Zudo was the coolest Telebug though :) It wasn't his fault he was like that, he was mis-programmed (by the profs. cat I think). And they sometimes made him good again, but AngelBrain always got him back. AngelBrain was a computer, can't rememebr who programmed him. |

indeed, children of today i think are deprived... they get watered-down, bull programming because the BBC dont see it fit to give them such a wide range of stuff... do u wonder why our generation is reasonably more open minded?? with rainbow promoting pink gay hippo's, magic roundabout promoting drugs... u get my point... what they got now... rip-off's of rip-off's (them stupid bear things that are ripped from the tellytubbies, which are in turn a stolen idea from harry enfield and chums)

I remeber those telebug things now I've seen the pictures. Does anyone remember the 'Wimples' or something like that? When ever I mention them my mates are like "what you talking about? I don't remember that". Someone must remember them! Was I the only one who saw them? The theme tune went something like 'Hold a little wimple in your hand.....'
Also, who remembers 'Chish and Fips'? Two old men dressed as knomes, one with a fishing rod and one with a wheel barrow. They also had a wind up robot as a companion. My, they got up to all sorts of mischief, an episode that springs to mind involved them pissing about in a phone box! Ah those were the days....... |
