lmao

back to the topic, i'd say 9,999 listens for a particular track to max out your judgement.

I would say after i hear it in a club...i am a firm beleiver that one can not truly judge a track until they heard it in a club.
Floorfiller
i can usually tell in the first couple of listens whether or not the tune is good...really amazing tracks i usually like after the first listen...

I just recently made use of my 5.1 surround sound card and 6 speaker system. Now that it's all working properly most songs sound amazing and crystal clear on the sound system so it's pretty good to judge it.

For me, it depends on what kind of song it is. There's some I'm hooked on and can identify immediately, some that take a few listens to before identifying and liking, and some that take a few listens to before identifying and not liking.
