i just ordered my new mixer (BEHRINGER VMX-200) i cant wait for it to get here. up gradeing from a haggered old lineartech DS 900. :D

Word the up! I totally agree. I havn't even heard of the mixer he was using before.

It's a decent mixer for those on a strict budget and it will teach you the basics. However it would have been advisable if you saved up a bit more for a vextex pcv or something. Either way Happy mixing :D

Anyhow, on a serious note, now that you've learned about this forum, I'd suggest reading/asking all you can before purchasing any more equipment. Most ppl will give good advice.

thnx allot M8 but like i said it was more replacement than upgrade (although the B-ringer is Better) i got the lineartech off of a freind 3 years ago for $3.50 and it is so buggy now i can hardly do anything with it. i think i would have been hard up to find a suitable replacement for less than 70 USD. :tongue2
