That song is funny, yeah....
But Dominik ain't the singer.... If they use vocals it are mostly Juergen's (i.e. Kalt, Ich Will Raus, U know What)....
I think Petrovic Jr. (Pulsedriver) was having some funnies for himself! He did't produced that together with DuMonde, as far I know :D |

They actually discovered that after they produced the track. It wasn't their intention to do so. So they mentioned Brannigan's name in the credits and settled everything with the copyright and such :) |

:( thats crap news... although im not a massive fan of many of dumondes more recent stuff i.e from the last 2 years. they are responsible for some of the most innovative and massivest [hard] trance tracks known in the scene.

I respectrfully disagree. Making a song that will bring cash is not a full time job. I have talked to several producers who brag about the speed and ease at which they can generate a full track; with Dumonde's recent work, you have to imagine that they werent discovering many new sounds, but just reusing what they had already identified.
On top of that, I don't believe music production should be a full time profession (see: Ralphie B) anymore than politicians should be full time employees. This easily (not always) leads to music for profit, as is shown in this case. To some, that may be an admirable goal, but not for me.
If your beliefs are different than mine, Im sure youll think this post is alot of flub and call me out, but please respect that many people have many different views on this topic.
On topic, I was never a big Dumonde fan, and since theyre not actually breaking up, just taking a sabbatical, I can't say I care very much. |
