To be exact that isn't a Hemi Cuda but a slightly customized '68 Charger R/T. Agreed with the last part you said. :p

Typical inefficient American-made automotive garbage
Can you imagine the abysmal re-sale value on that tacky piece of junk?

No wonder GM and Ford have fallen so badly

Junk Bond status now...how sad

Gm was once the largest company in the world

Too bad a Japanese company will soon be the biggest car maker in the world

My Mustang GT gets 27 (best) highway. That's not so bad.. heh.

ing hell. Here's a fun video for you all.

Lol man Colin, you have no clue. At that point it would have been about even with the new Stang GT-R, if not a little faster- just ugly as . I agree with whoever said it looked rediculously better in black.
And I agree with putting body kits and xenons on old classics, wtf is that about? First time I've ever looked at a GT500 and been disgusted (lol, but only to a certain, small point). The GT500 from Gone in 60 Seconds is one of the sexiest cars I've ever seen, if I owned one that's what I would aspire to make mine like.

I don't really understand the hatred people have towards imports or domestics, I mean when people do like that to the Skyline, or 90% of the Civics and Mustangs you see spoiled teenage F&F wannabe s driving lately I agree, but I just can't understand not having respect for a fine piece of machinery just based on where it came from or what type of engine it has.

PS sign me up for a GT-R with the cammer, . And a 911 GT2. And a new Modena (forget what they're calling it now.)

first of all Farley, you arent showing specs, and the original post was from a stang-whore website.

alas, its true, but in a back issue of Motor Trend I believe. they lightened the chassis, but added so much and didnt blow the motor - its not faster, just handles a bit better

gt2? f430? how do those compare to a stang?|
Moongoose
Well i would imagine that they are about 10 times better to drive and about 100 times more fun to drive. On the off side you can get more mustangs for the same buck (that gt2 is so damn expensive that you can buy a f430 and still have enough money for a new although slightly less equipped Mercedes S class or a BMW 7 series), so when you chrash it (and you will of course as soon as you get to a corner:p ) you dont need to worry about it becouse you can have a new one waiting for you at home:p

The compression ratio of the Cammer is too high to put a supercharger on and run a decent psi. You'd have to change the interals out.

BTW...to everyone: it's probably never going to be made. It was a concept car. Something built for fun. Don't worry this much about it.

This was it before it was sold and uglified. Pretty mildly modded motor wise (considering how much more potential the RB26 has) pushing a little less than 15 psi-400 whp estimated, 12.3 1/4 mile @ 112 mph in a pretty damn heavy car. So how is that not faster? lol. Not to mention pretty damn good slalom/lateral grip/braking numbers, and the chassis wasn't lightened in the least from what I can tell.

And the GT2 and F430 came about b/c I said I'd like a GT-R, and I'd like those too. I'd also like a damn ham sandwich, is there a problem with that?:thepirate

On a related note I saw a Carrera GT downtown tonight, I thought it looked good in pics but man, that thing is sexy as in person. I'm adding that to my list no matter what biz has to say about it, lol.
DJ_TWiLiGHT
looks slick, but that wing has to go.

also, I'll take a '67 Yanko Camero, a '70 Plymouth Superbird, a '67 Charger fastback, a '71 Hemi 'Cuda, a '70-'71 Challenger with a 440 six-pack, and a skyline
