Wow, thanks for checking out the mix. Would love to hear if I did your tracks justice. :D If you want an unmixed copy of your intro with the layered vocal I will upload. Was thinking of doing that anyways along with the vocal by itself.
I just got your Burnproof EP vinyl in the mail today!!! lol. Also a couple others from Somatic. That has become my favorite label recently. Your stuff is incredible man. Such beautiful melodies and powerful basslines, especially like Sativa... and I don't just give lip service to anyone. :p Keep em comin! |

hehe thnx man , its fine with the vocals sounds pretty weird but i like it that way ;) ;)
btw , and its a tip for all the dj's here.....try to combine some others styles and more tracks that you never see in sets , it makes it interesting and also you get more crowed to listen to your sets , me for example , i'm a new dj and i still need to work on my mixing (you know sometimes it turns out to be very good but sometimes pure crap the thing is i don't have time to record another one cuz i'm always busy with producing) but i have (i think , fix me if i'm wrong hehe) great track selections , i always playing some tracks that people never play (and there are tons of them which are VERY good tunes) or some other styles cuz i like a lot of styles so why not combine it in my set??
anyway that's what i think , but don't get me wrong I REALLY like that set
anyway great set good mixing and track selection. really liked that and enjoyed it keep it coming dude! :D :D :toocool: :toocool: |

Thanks for listening man. When I found most of these tracks I hadn't actually heard them before. I just use what I like from what I can get my hands on. Cheers.

Hey thanks a bunch for the feedback! Yeah I know what you mean. I think I usually have a quite diverse selection in most of my sets. It really depends on my mood. I don't really pick tracks for the listener, I don't really think about that. I just use what I want at the moment and what sounds good or compliments the current groove. :D
If you want a more diverse mix, do check out my Tapped mix. I think it's a great mix of a bunch of different styles. Some people complained about some tracks but liked others. Some liked it all. You can't please everyone, so I don't even try. I just really try to please myself. lol :p

yeah i totally agree with you about doing the set for your self and now for the listeners , that's what i do to but people like it ;) ;)
anyway its good to do a proggy or trancy or whatever set from time to time....its not a bad thing its a good thing if you doing diffrent sets! you're a great dj do something with it ;) ;) |
