Well, uh, I don't really know what to say.
I'd never been to Boa before last night, and not really a huge house kinda guy, but this tore me apart and left me wanting more. I curse you RJ, for getting me into it.
Super hot inside. Within 2 minutes of entering from the patio, everybody is sweating their asses off. So much room to dance, though.
What made the night was, as usual, the TA people. You guys are the best group that a guy could hope for.
I'll be back, I'm sure.
{EDIT} Has somebody figured out what remix of Technotronic - Pump Up The Jam that Saeed laid down? I'm tearing my hair out here. |

Passed by Boa at around 7 after working the Guv and was pleased to hear Saeed absolutely ripping it up with some dark and twisted tribal, and this was diiiiiirty ! Boa wasn't packed either, which was good but the heat reminded me a little of comfortzone, minus the sketch factor of course. TOTA's were in full effect, showing everyone how to solider on which is always cool to watch. Boa's soundsystem was tweaked to the max and the beats were relentless till about the last half hour when things started to wind down...
Can't imagine what the full night musta been like, but knowing King Kenny was on before i can only assume that it was a dirty, filthy affair. Closed the place down at around 9:30 (which was a shame cause if he had continued to pound those heavy basslines i woulda stayed on till noon). Still, what little i heard reinstalled my faith in healthy dose of tribal being the perfect way to finish off the weekend.
Bangin Boa Party -- so what else is new ? :) |
