Can someone please help me put my mix up on the boards so I can get some feedback from some people with experiance and a good ear? I have no clue as to where I should even start with this. The mix is about 45 minutes long. Thanks!

| Simple, you just need to find some webhosting space (a place where you can put your file on the web) i'm sure someone here on TA can help you out with that, then you simply use the http:// button to link to your file when making a post! |

Perhaps you should find some web space to host your mix. After you do that then put a thread up in the amateur DJs forum with the link to the mix and a track listing and voila!! I'm not too keen on the best sites for mix hosting though. |

Most likely anything that will have enough bandwith to make mix hosting practical will cost some money. |

| it's probably better if you google FTP... google can explain it in detail. It's not hard at all....just different |

FTP (file transfer protocal) is a way of transfering files. you need a FTP CLIENT such as smartftp or wsftp. basicly when you connect to a ftp SERVER with your chosen CLIENT you will need to enter the following info:
hostname - ftp.theplacethatishostingyourmix.com
username:
password:
port: usually 21.
feed that info into the appropriate boxes and hit "connect". Usually you will have 2 windows , drag files from local to remote.. in a nutshell of course..
