** track suggestions - TV commercial **

This is a bit of an unconventional post… but I was hoping some of you here may have a few suggestions for me. I am a marketing manager for a telecom company and we are currently working with our ad agency for our upcoming fall campaign, targeting an 18-30ish demographic to launch a new product.

During some of our mini focus groups, it became evident that the choice of music for the ad has significant impact, even more so than the visuals in many cases.
This spot would be airing only in Ontario & Quebec, and we are exploring the idea of using an EDM (ya ya I hate that term) tune (sort of like Alter Ego’s ‘rocker’ for Volkswagen)

I have been given the carte blanche to submit track ideas to our agency for consideration.
Techno is my forté.. and I have a few ideas for that.. but really I think if we end up using anything.. it’ll probably be more on the house/electro tip.

Something along the lines of Call on Me by Eric Prydz (which is sort of fitting given the industry it would be for!) it should be the type of track people might recognize from dance clubs etc, catchy hooks, identifiable vocals.... so nothing too obscure.
Obviously even if we find a tune we want to work with there is more involved in securing the licensing, but for now I am looking mostly for some ideas, especially since when it comes to house, trance & electro, my finger isn’t exactly on the pulse!

Please post any suggestions (name of track & producer) :)

Thanks/Merci!

This is a wonderful idea. You'd basically be getting a private producer to make whatever sound you want. ;)

Veracocha - Carte Blanche :D

But, a good mainstream tune would be to put some catchy tune like
Max Graham - Owner Of A Lonely Heart

I have also considered the idea of a producer creating the track for this purpose.. but for now I was looking more at material that has been released already.
(I will keep you in mind for sure though JP if we go that route!)

Thanks for the ideas.. the Max Graham one I thought of too :)

Hmmmm, if Max Graham's track was considered, then u might wanna consider:
Money - featurin Chris Willis & Mone
Stay - featurin Chris Willis
The world is mine - featurin Jd Davis
all 3 from David Guetta's album - Blaster

or

Deep Dish - Flashdance

i dunno, they're all catchy
