heh around 1:00 it reminds me a bit of Gouryella - Tenshi :)
love the bassline...percs are good but too simple imo.
love that fx (panned percussion?) after the hat+clap in the intro.
skipped the vox part :D nice lead, fits well in the track. great pads btw.
you know, when playing it again, the buildup is quite similar to Tenshi's buildup...
anyway, a nice track, I like it overall :) |

Hi there Bren, how you doing m8?
I'll comment with my headphone on my head..
Start is nice, got a lot of power, I guess more than your previous productions. That acid thingy doesn't really fit or so, it's a bit too random.
Break is empty but nice tho. A few wooshes could fit here to spice it up I guess.
Nice drum combo at 2:09, I like these things :)
Supersaws are a bit thinnish. The pluck thingy is nice.
Main part is plus fromage but overall it sounds pretty pro here.
I really like this bassline with a tad distortion.
Cool production, tho a few more details and some variety wouldn't misstand.
Cheers

I'm actually planning on making the dub mix a bit less cheesy and more 'summer-esque' so I will bear that in mind :) |

Hey :)
Seems solid but nothing impressive in terms of uniqueness so far. Good control on the vocals.
And I don't think this is a cheesy track. Sure vocals are a bit cheesy, oh wait, I just encountered the Special D synth. :P But not quite as cheesy as Special Ds.
I think overall it can be summed up in my first sentence :)

| Hi Bren, love your work mate. I dont think this is that cheesy either, very summertime trance no complaints here.. |

whoa, you're still alive! :p
tune is pretty spot on, percs could be a bit thicker for me and it could do with some more fx and random stuff in the break as it feels a bit too 2d at times
vocals feel a touch drowned when actually in the main body of the track, they seem ok in the break tho
good work tho :)

good to see you back bren :)
i'm loving this too dont think its overally cheesey, the break is beautiful real takes you away. pluck sounds great too agree with jay saws are a little thin and vocals get a little lost in parts.
but other than that it powers along with pure energy and feel goodness. never stop doing what your best at bren, as wim said it makes a refreshing break from the regular stuff we're getting these days. ;) |

I love the structure in this. Transitions were very good, as someone said. But the bassline wasn't my cup of tea. Also a bit too much reverb here and there for my taste.
But in overall, it gave a good feeling. I didn't mind the vocals. :) |

This absolutely beats the crap out of any other cheesy trance I've heard this year. It's something I could definitely imagine being released if any labels were interested and could get permission.
The acidy synth sounds cool but it might be better if it complemented the bassline in some way. Hopefully that'll make sense. Apart from that, there's nothing obvious that I really dislike. An instrumental version would be great as those chords and the way you've used them are really pretty. :D |

hey Bren,
good to see you back on the forum again:)
about the track, i enjoyed listening to it, not as cheesy as i expected, the vocals are fit the track well, i would only suggest you to rethink those acid lines,
other than that very nice, clean production!
keep it up!
Peter:) |
