I just went to get a haircut at the salon I always go to - Toni & Guy - in Yorkville and my hairdresser told me that the drummer of Oasis has just left...and not only that but a few days ago the band Jet came in and he was cutting the hair of one of the guys...his exact words - "They've got such cool hair - ROCK STAR hair" :haha: :stongue:
And a week before his gig here in December Tiesto was there too...cool place :D
Really means nothing, just throught I'd share...:happy2: pretty cool! |

You get your hair cut at Toni & Guy? Well la dee da.
I had a crazy ex that used to get her haircut there was well as doing some modelling for them.
Are you male? If so, I think getting a haircut at Toni & Guy is far too excessive for any guy.
I don't understand the difference in paying double just to get your haircut by a senior stylist instead of a junior stylist.....Or even paying as little as $15 at your local barber shop.
It's the illusion of sophistication. |

One time last year, I got my haircut at first choice because I spent all my money at the LCBO (they had a sale on Tall Boy Tuborgs) that week. I got more compliments for it than any other haircut. Go figure.

First choice is good enough for me as I keep my hair really short anyways.
I sit down at the chair and I say, "I want zero on the sides and back, 1 (or 2, depending on my mood), blended in, no sideburns."
Hairstylist goes, "You sure?" like 90% of the time.
KISS works.:P |

I never get the senior stylist he's no good...he sucks i think...i got him for free once and he was pointless...
I have a regular stylist guy that cuts my hair there...and I don't get just a haircut...i like doing some funky with my hair sometimes that nobody can do :)...their service is really good too so I don't mind paying :) - besides...it's cool to say your hairstylist cut Jet's hair hehe |

Budgets go out the window when import tall boys go on sale. It's not a matter of drinking them to get drunk, it's a matter of stocking up on highly ENJOYABLE beer.
If you're going for the sophisticated look with the expensive haircut, you'd look ALOT more sophisticated with a cheap haircut drinking a Steigl, Tuborg, or Stella in a sea of people drinking Lucky.
