He played this when I saw him live... nice way to almost ruin a set of otherwise OK/good tunes :p

Purgatory song = not that good, not that bad, only so-so.

Original vs Deep Dish mix

I prefer the later one.

Not his best work, but not his worst! Its in the middle!

As good as Time of our Lives imo, though still a far cry from classic PvD of old. I think Paul's recent vocal/acoustic direction really needs to get shelved for some tougher German-inspired sound (Columbia EP please!)

Don't like the Deep Dish remix at all; they are far more talented than this mediocre cut (e.g. Rapture Space Remix).

Have yet to hear the others.

Please stop making vocal tunes, Paul....

Just a question, are you like a professional producer or soemthing like that?

How do you know what makes a song well produced or not? Would you even know how to operate a mixer (for recoding music not turntables), do you know ANY music theory (apart from what 4/4 means)?? My guess is no. If yes, then i apologise.

Lets be honest here for a second. I bet if I played you a clip of a dj sammy song that you didnt know and a paul van dyk song that you didnt know, i bet you wouldnt be able to know which is "better produced". (lets pretend they both didnt use any presets, like the typical pvd kick etc, so you wouldnt be able to tell it was a pvd song).

By the way, I don't like the song either, and I much rather his older stuff too, but its down to personal taste mate;)

u cant compare anything paul did with for an angel :haha: :haha: . anyways this isnt his best work but i dont mind it and again his production isnt gonna get better then for an angel :eyespop: because that song is a classic and will never die!

Is it pauls personal taste mate to re-do reflections 3 times? To be honest I could easily listen to a clip from some random DJ sammy song, and a PVD song and yes I could tell the difference.

Well if you could, and they didnt use their typical sounds, you have a very good ear :)

I'm not to sure what you mean by "Is it pauls personal taste mate to re-do reflections 3 times?"

I dont think its that hard??? I mean you can't distinguish producers? You couldn't tell me the difference between producers?
