Will-call is basically teh same thing. Only difference is that your printout is a receipt and not a ticket... pretty much teh same thing since both are just scanned to let you in.

yeah but I'd rather physically have a ticket in case something screwy happened at the booth, or I lost my card, or it could not read it, etc.

K, I will say it one more time and one more time only...

THEY ARE THE SAME THING. The printable tickets from MadeEvents even say you need your ID and card used. Gues what though, I have been printing these things out since NYE and have yet to show them the credit card used to buy them. , WillCall is even FREE!!!!!! :wtf:

Dood they are NOT the same thing.

If the ticket scans then there is no need for the guy to ask for credit card or ID. I have never had this problem and I have printed a million tickets. It is always better to recieve a physical ticket.

My friend ran into a problem where her cerdit card would not scan and she had to wait 30 minutes for the venue to validate her "will call" ticket.

Plus, Why would I want to wait on another line? Printing tickets is always better.

Will Call is cheaper but its not free. They are saying its 2.50 now btw.

Dunno man. They never asked me for my credit card that I used to purchase the ticket. Just telling you from my past experiences.

So when you order tickets via will call how do they verify it is really you?

ticketholders and guestlist ppl wait on the same line...holding tickets has never gotten ppl in faster at any of these clubs...crobar does do a good job of keeping the guestlist to the side, and bradley rose guestlist has NEVER failed us. Spirit is another story entirely -- so messy. for Spirit parties I would recommend buying hard tickets.

btw will call u still have to pay a service fee and if u print it out its still an extra charge on top of that(like $1.25 or something)

ID and credit card used to make the purchase. personally id rather not deal with high service fees and unscannable credit cards -- ill go find a promoter that gives me the tickets at the flat price.

I prefer that as well, but I am not in the city as often as I used to be and trying to meet promoters the night of an event is a pain in the ass (in my experience).
