Hey someone posted this in the German side.
PVD Peter Gabriel, Brian Eno and officials from the soccer world
cup met to discuss opening ceremonies. There is no details yet...
I'm thinking of going for the World
Cup, looks like there is another reason, my fav DJ there too!
PVD in concert? maybe not exactly but this would be awsome !

Aus gut unterrichteten Kreisen haben wir erfahren, dass es gestern am Berliner Olympiastadion ein Geheimtreffen zwischen Paul van Dyk, den Rocklegenden Peter Gabriel und Brian Eno und dem Unterhaltungschef der Fußball-WM 2006, André Heller, gegeben hat.
Offenbar planen die vier ein Riesen-Event zum Start der Fußball-WM heute in einem Jahr. Sobald es dazu etwas genaueres gibt, erfahrt ihr es natürlich zuerst auf Fritz.

The culture boss of the soccer world championship 2006, AndrHeller, engaged the artists Peter Gabriel and Paul van Dyk for the opening celebration. I thought PVD was soo against playing at football stadiums or things of that magnitude

it is amazing to see that when people actually earn for living with what they are doing, they are immidiately labeled as "sold-outs" :rolleyes:
no, you have to sit in the underground bunker and make music by night, working in the restaurant by day!!! then you'll be called a true musician and dj! |

I personally like big events with djs and all the crazy crap that comes with it. I think its all in fun :) |
