| my dogs ocasionaly do the same thing, but they dont have a pen or anything, nore are they ever allowed inside (unfortunetly :() but when they bark, they come right up 2 my open window and bark. usualy its because they smell something in the air, sometimes its because they want 2 be petted. I know we have a big 14x14 kenal for them that we put them in sometimes, but they bark then because they dont like being in it. maybe your dog doesnt like being in a pen? |

| Tell him you'll bust him down to Sergeant so fast he won't know Kibbles 'N' Bits from Pet Chow. He's not supposed to take a bark out of crime. |

| Spend time to discipline him. Dogs will do anything for food, so give him some everytime he obeys your commands. If he doesnt obey, over power him & give him a smack on the nose. |

| I've heard if you slip a little bit of brandy or port into their food, then it chills them the out. Works for people. |
