| i find that it takes me 3+ hours everynight to fall asleep (from the time i lie down until i'm out) and i read somwhere that the average person takeks 15 mins to fall asleep. wtf is wrong with me? it doesn't matter how many hours i've been up before hand either, somtimes i'm only running on 2 hours sleep, but when i lie down, my mind starts to race and i can never fall asleep. the only time i fall asleep relativly quickly, is when i'm faced drunk, but i can't be doing that every night (well, i could, but i'm poor). >: ( |

| lately ive only been able to sleep in 4 hour maximum blocks. Then I wake up for liek an hour and then fall back asleep...it really kills any great rem sleep. |

| I have to take Tylenol PM every night to sleep. Otherwise my mind races until the sun comes up and I get 1 or 2 hours of sleep. Not sure what to do...there are sleep clinics i suppose. |

diphenhydramine has no effect on me anymore.
ask your doctor about this stuff

I just started taking it and it works like a dream. It's a short acting hypnotic/sedative. That means you won't feel groggy in the morning since its effects go away rather quickly. This stuff won't help much if you wake up a lot in the night though. For that there's the benzodiazepine drug class. Ambien is one, I believe. Even if it's not, I know it's ideal for people who wake up in the night. |

Awesome...that stuff looks great.
I don't understand how anyone can say that a drug that alters your day to day habits for the better (why else would you be taking them) isn't addictive... I understand well the difference between behavioral and chemical addiction, but they never make that distinction. Either way, sign me up :)
Thanks for that guster, i'd never heard of that stuff >.> |
