ATTENTION ALL PARADIGM AND TA DJs... who apparently like to spin at live events!!!... well.... yea... you know you who are!!!!
Paradigm is getting a renegade stage going at WEMF 2005!!
PURGE .. "Paradigm United Renegade Gathering Event"
..and we need DJs!! Now tell me that's not great news huh??!! If you were at the BBQ last saturday at Dan's (Playa_24_7's) house, you'd know how great we know how to party!!... so...
please reply to this thread with the slots you'd like, and it'll be arranged from there on, when we post the event thread. We're openning slots to Paradigm DJs only... until July 3rd, after which, it'll be open to all TA DJs who'd like some time on the decks.
All timeslots are 1.5 hours. We'll definitely have 2 turntables and possible 2, but easily 1 CD-player. If you can donate any gear to the stage, and you're a DJ, you'll get some timeslot priority.
For those requesting timeslots, please mention wether or not you've played live before (and how many times), and if you'd prefer to not be recorded, and any specific requirements you may need, such as finalscratch connections, etc.
Please Note: If you end up with a New Talent Tent booking, you will be asked about keeping your PURGE timeslot or donating it to another DJ. Please do not ask for a time-slot if you're already performing for another renegade stage/tent.
You will not be re-enbursed for your performance. This event is for DJ exposure and musical variety.
Here are the timeslots available:
Friday
10:00am-11:30am = [gear setup]
11:30am-12:30pm = [prep time & sound check]
12:30pm-1:30pm = DJ Floh Back
1:30pm-2:30pm = DJ Robben
2:30pm-3:30pm = Robbie Lopèz
3:30pm-5:00pm = DJ EndgamE
5:00pm-6:30pm = Klonez
6:30pm-8:00pm = Aren de Jong
8:00pm-10:00pm = DJ Eso VS Richard Taylor
Saturday
10:00am-11:30am = *morning PURGE chill session with Aren & Ampz*
11:30am-1:30pm = *PURGE DJ ROTATION MASHUP!(2 or 3 tracks per DJ)*
1:30pm-2:30pm = Basstrixx
2:30pm-4:00pm = Karim E
4:00pm-5:30pm = Mike Schryer
5:30pm-7:00pm = Upgrade
7:00pm-8:30pm = NuEra
8:30pm-10:00pm = DJ Ampz
Sunday [pending operation clearance]
10:00am-11:00am = Gamma "radiation"
11:00am-12:00pm = >pending timeslot<
This list will be updated as it gets sorted out... and so it is PENDING until July 6.
There is a chance that Sunday could get cancelled due to cleanup and move-out demands by the grounds crew or destiny crew.

I'm so happy Paradigm is getting this kind of exposure... unforunately I was asked to be in a wedding on the 9th... so I'll have to miss our WEMF debut :(

Hmmm so it says... I'm just thinkin everyone's gonna want the primo spots... and rather than have it as a first come first serve basis, we'll be setting it up to be a little more fair and less cluttering to this thread...
