Electro Sound aka Lawler

Allright.. After hearing Lawler's very electro-ish set on Saturday, I realized that I really love that sound.
Thus I'm looking for recommendations on sets that are similar in style. I've tried looking for Lawler's recent sets, but found nothing.

Although i love electro, this comeback has been years in the making. Im actually almost moving on from Electro since ive heard a lot of it in the last 3 years.
But hey, id rather have everyone jump on the electro bandwagon than the hip hop one i suppose LOL |

You haven't found any Lawler recent sets? There are a handful of quality ones out there from 2005 alone.

Last year was a big year for the "electro" type sound. Clive Henry, Jo Mills, Tania Vulcano, Damian Lazarus, Fabrizio, Jose Da Divina, Pedro and Radoosh...they all make up the underground sounds of Ibiza and play some of the most forward thinking music you will here in the world...if you happen to make it to Ibiza, DC-10 on Monday's is not too be missed.
Don't be mistaken...this is not full on Electro...but is full of electro elements...you want hard core electro check out DJ's like Hell, Miss Kitten, The Hacker, Savas Pascalides, Tommie Sunshine, DJ Unknown, Crossover...serious electro tends to also have a lot of mod and rock type sounds while the current type of "electro" that everyone is getting hyped on is a bit more techy!

Good call, I would actually call it Desyn's sound before Lawler's.
I've been picking up a tonne of this dirty crunchy elecrto sound ever since Desyn's last Essential Mix (not the WMC).

Ive heard electro coming from oliver for years... and a friend of mine has also been playing it for a couple of years. The rebirth of electro is nothing new. Just more and more people are finding out about it.
