well i'm complaining! :p
this weather makes me feel nauseous. but whatever, i'll suck it up and deal with it. i'm just afraid i am going to get heatstroke outside or something today. i have already slathered on the good ol' spf 30 so hopefully i won't get burned as well. |

I want an AC... Though the electric bill would go through the roof. :p
Take care yourselves TAs in weather like this. Always carry a bottle of water in hand and you should be downing 1 an hour. Dehydration is a bitch!
If you're also sweating a lot, remember to eat something salty (not excessively) to replace the salt that goes out through sweat, or you'll feel sick. Remember that drinking and smoking dehydrates you fast.
Also, don't overhydrate yourself as you can die from that. (Too much liquid diluting salt in your body, causing problems)
