Sounds like a good one. I am upset I couldn't come. I got a new job being a vale(sp?). Well I love cars and the extra cash is great. So I was unable to come but I will make sure I am off next month for the loft party so I can come.
Dave I will make sure I drop by your place some time soon and we will catch up. |

| was def a coo party, man i wanted to stay longer soo bad but i knew if i did i would def not have woken up for work, oh well. muzik was pretty good, but i do agree it did get boring at times but i did leave early so i cant complain haha. nyce seeing all the regulars, too bad i wasnt in the greatest mood that night and was pretty damn quiet the whole night so i didnt meet nay new peeps, hopefully that will change next time around. |

I don't remember her name, or if she even told us. But yes, she was hot, I agree. In fact if we define "hot" to be either pretty or beautiful I can't recall having seen a non-hot girl at the party.:conf:

You'll probably not understand, but it's quite exciting to meet someone who's from the same part of the world as you, who are totally new to NYC, like you, has the same handicapped taste in music as you, and are not really familiar with the TA crowd as such. Nina could have looked like a floor mop, and I would still have enjoyed meeting her.

Seeing this, I come to remember seeing some guy which looked a bit like how I remembered you looked like. Anyway, I asked him if he was Wazup on TA, and he nodded and said "nice to meet you".:haha:
Oh, yeah, forgot to mention: Don't leave your half-empty glasses of beer on the speakers people. I was dancing near one of them, when some guy jumped into the speaker and a retired beer fell down on me.:whip: |

had a great time at the loft once again! i was extremely pleased with the caliber of the crowd, much better than usual. checking IDs definitely helped a bit! and we turned away some riffraff. i didn't actually work the door as long as i was supposed to because it was SOOOO hot up there!!
anyway, despite the heat in certain areas, the party was a success. the music was definitely great although i wasn't really feeling Leo's set. Alex, however, was off the hook. It was one of the best sets I've heard him spin. I was totally diggin' it. PKAE, Bolker, David Scott and Adam rocked as well [as usual] I was REALLY feeling the beginning of Dave's set - a bit funkier than usual perhaps? I can't quite put my finger on it. And then there's JOEL!! it was so cool to see my roomie working the decks at the loft. he was AWESOME and i hope to see him spin at the loft again soon.
the weather was great all night/morning and so I spent a lot of time on the terrace which i LOVE [ok i know it isn't SPACE miami but i can call it a terrace if i want! :p]. nice to meet a few new TAs [soren, niinah, etc] but the TA attendance was definitely low again. you guys are really missing out, you know. i wouldn't be promoting & supporting this party if it wasn't worth it. i hope to see some more TAs at the next one but, regardless, the show will go on and it will be a success! I'm glad to be a part of it.
thanks to everyone who came out and partied like rockstars with us! i left at 10:30 am and the party was still going! :D |

They can pretend but I am the original. I will be there next one and make sure I introduce myself. Ask anyone who I am they will show you. |

| Oh yeah I almost forgot about David Scott. He also put down a sick set....much easier on the ears than his set at the last loft party imo. He also played a few tracks from that new PVD set....don't know the ID's though. |
