dont know if anyone watched it on cable last night, its on free to air tonight, probably just show the big names singing.
Always loved these kind of shows over the years especially when they stick two totally different musicians together to do a duet.

i kinda fell asleep (more like an alcoholic coma) around 4am so didnt get to see it all.

Highlights
elton john singing with some coked up punk

dido vs Youssou N'Dour - seven seconds
always loved this song

REM- everybody hurts

Annie Lennox- sweet dreams

Sir Paul McCartney- The Long and Winding Road and Hey Jude.

only managed to catch coldplay + richard ashcroft and it looked the goods. will pick up the dvd without a doubt.
