I will give a full review later, just a quick note all you guys that got my promo last night. I think I forgot to finalize the discs because Christen informed me this afternoon that it won't work. So everyone try to pull up a CD burning program and finalize them, they should work... otherwise I ed up and will have to make up for it in the future.

It was great to meet some of you TAs last night (Aristronica, D&GGIRL, SENECA, JenniferRene, glass, and a few others). Was a blast, and Seneca was awesome! B & J also rocked and really played the crowd. Some tracks I definitely remember were Purple Haze - Adrenaline, The Cure - A Forest (B&J remix), B&J - The Nightfly (ended the set with this one!), B&J - Mind of the Wonderful, B&J - Perfect Silence, and some others I am sure I'll remember later including a Push track. And yah, Seneca, Cream was awesome to hear (I should've known that they were gonna spin that track with me wearing my Cream shirt:))!!!! Well, Let's definitely meet up again soon....Junkie XL?

PS--Yah, Aristronica, the CD doesn't play, but at least I got B&J to sign it:)

OK here goes -

Seneca - we arrived for the last hour and Ohh man!!! First of all the nasty (in a good way) progressive house/trance that Seneca spins got everyone going and heated up for a good show. The last half hour absolutely rocked and we were moving and grooving. The mixing was smooth and everything blended in very well - Will Saul - Cliff being the tune of the evening for a few people. The air-horn usage was a little too much - not gonna lie - so maybe a little bit less of that next time. I'm thinking 3 times a set is good, or once every hour. But overall I was impressed and glad not to see Erik K up there. If you get your production going I don't see why you couldn't rise to the ranks.

Blank & Jones - Surprisingly good. Tony and I were talking about it and during the last hour they spun some really good . The first couple of hours were really epic - Adagio For Strings being thrown in out of nowhere. But overall I heard about 2 tiny mistakes and one of them I think the guys hit the slider accidently and the sound was lost for a sec. However I must say that Seneca and B+J offset each other nicely in genres and I was glad to stay the whole night.

It was good to see everyone else too and meet some new people. I forget all your names, cuz I'm an like that :whip: but it was good to meet Chicago29, Andy got pretty drunk and was relaxing by the booth most of the time, always good to see Christen's fine ass :toothless , the peeps from Indy... JenRene and her two sex-slaves. Umm the three people at the bar who I didn't see for the rest of the night. Ohh and of course Tony - always a pleasure and sorry that it took so damn long to find your hotel.

As far as my mix goes. I burned it on a Powerbook - maybe that had something to do with it. Sorry for all those that can't listen to it yet. I promise to make it up next time. I'm thinking we'll have another meet-up for Astral Projection on the 23rd. A little Goa-Psy doesn't hurt anyone.
