Thought it was interesting... if poorly written.
Meth is a major problem where I live, even though it's a college town, a lot of the surrounding area is pretty poor... How is it for the rest of you guys? |

Yeah, I go to college just south of Chicago, and even though most of the students don't use meth, the townies around us are all a little...I hate to say it, but "white trashy.." and often take up a meth diet...
Seems like every other week on the news or in the paper there's another meth lab raided, or burnt to the ground around the area |

| I live in California their has always been a huge speed problem here. You are always hearing of meth labs being busted here in LA, especially in the valley. I do crystal once in a while, it's a very addicting high more so then crack. I know alot of tweekers at school they mostly use it to study though, I don't know too many hardcore tweekers they usually don't live that long. |

Yeah bro, I'm just north of you in Central Wisco... The towns around here (Stevens Point, Plover) have really been going through hard times economically (Who isn't right? But Storaenso did just get rid of like 3000 jobs in the area...) so you see a lot of people working 2-3 jobs or like 60-70 hours per week... People here were looking for something, and meth moved right in and took over... |

Yeah, it's some crazy . You've seen those before and after pictures of meth users online and such, but it's f'ing frightening seeing people you know up'ed on speed. I've got a cuz who for a while was a speed head, and each year I went to see him, he looked a little worse, little more cracked out, finally the family put him in rehab. After seeing all that I can't say I'll touch too much meth...:eyespop: |

Yeah dude... scares the out of me. I work at a gas station in town, seeing the same people come in and buy (All at once, and EVERY day) 3 packs of Marb Reds, 5$ in gas (So they can support their other habits), a couple scratch off lottery tickets, and a bottle of Ephedrine.
Sometimes you want to just say "GODDAMMIT FEED YOUR ING KIDS INSTEAD OF YOUR HABIT!"
But inevitably, the lady (Or dude I guess, this is sort of hypothetical) comes back every day, for her reds, her ephedrine, and her lotto tickets... |

I think its reported that Pierce County, Washington (where my city, Tacoma is located) has the highest rate meth lab busts in the country... :nervous:
Seriously, they bust like a thousand labs a year. :wtf: |
State of Washington might be the highest rate for meth labs in the Country actually... or maybe it was a few years ago... but it's definitely been up there...
Kentucky is actually also surprisingly bad... |

| Well, speaking from personal experience, the problem in Georgia is fairly prevalent. I believe Georgia is the largest producer/distributor/consumer of meth in the entire world, so it must go with the territory. I know a few people hooked on the clear, and a few whom have become complete s and I don't talk to any more. |

Alright, all this debate has spurred me to do some comparison research... Never heard Georgia brought up before (And I'm a Psychoactives Major! I should know this stuff!!!)
I'll see what I can find RE: production, busts, etc... and we'll see whose State is the most cracked... |

Yea, I ing hate meth heads, its the tiest ing drug in the world.
If any of my friends ever got on that I would beat them to within an inch of their lives.
If I ever run into some in tweeker on the street I would curb them. They are less than human. | :nervous: |

No way. Bikers and white prison gangs from California suppy alot of the United States with crystal, Mexico as well. White Trash Palmdale alone probably supplies more meth then Georgia. |
