Earwigs in keyboard! help!

| Hey, just wondering if anyones ever had earwigs in their keyboard. I've been having this problem for a couple weeks now. I cleaned the out of my keyboard, taking off all the keys, but then I wake up the next day and theres a couple earwigs in my friggin keyboard! Any idea what to do?? i hate them, so digusting and ugly! |

Use an orange oil-based cleaner on your keyboard... the citrus smell will repel them.
Put a shallow bowl of vegetable oil by your computer and scrap the bodies out regularly. |

set ytour keyboard on fire for some 30-40 seconds.
if that doesnt work smash it with a boot, yell at it, call 1-800 bugs-b-gone, poke it with a stick, spray your mouse with strawberry syrup or get a female earwig, dress it nicely and when them mother******s go for some hit them with newspaper.

| Eww! Sorry to hear about that...I don't knwo how to fix your problem...but one time my brother and I put white out on an earwig and watched it harden slowly...hehe |

I told you how to repel the buggers. Citrus smell. Orange oil will also soften and dissolve this wax lining of their lungs, clogging the passageways and quickly leading to the insect's death. Clean your keyboard with some orange cleaner...
They will also be attracted to the vegetable oil and subsequently drown themselves...
Sounds like you could have an infestation. These are some concrete suggestions that are grounded in science and will not harm hunams in any way. |

Dan that's gross....I would freak if I saw bugs in my keyboard *shudders*
Try what amb_ suggested.....if not, maybe wipe it with Raid....but then again that would be bad for you.....how about throw out your keyboard and buy a new one |
