Fellow Windsor TA here...I know how you're feeling. My friend used to spin at the Velvet Room all the time, so I would hang out there a lot...but he has since moved to Toronto. They still play some house though I believe, so you could check that out. It's not very busy though, so go to chill or bring a crowd with you.
Wild Orchid has DJs spin on Tuesday's, but personally I don't really like it...drinks are expensive, the crowd is too old and gino-ish, and the dance floor is pretty much non-existent.
It's a shame Blast closed, b/c I used to hit that up every once in awhile, and they would get DJs there as well from time to time.
I get my music fix with Toronto though...I go up quite regularly...you must join the crew! Haha |
