| There are so many new condo buildings buing built around Gardiner in the heart of the city! Does anyone know what the price ranges are like? I checked MLS, but it seems that all they have listed are 'old' condos. |

Depends if you want to live in a 500sq-ft closet or a 2 storey penthouse.
I've seen anywhere from $179,900 up into the millions. The average seems to be around 500-800k for anything remotely liveable at all, in my opinion. |

 someone has pretty high standards, lol
200k and up for a "decent" one bedroom in a new development...more like 250k and up for something nice...and figure on 300k and up for 2 bedrooms.
d!abolic...forget MLS unless you're looking to buy an existing unit...most new builds don't get listed there because you generally deal directly with the builder or an exclusive broker...go directly to the builder/developer's websites.
and when you need a mortgage...PM me :D |
