What exact trance genre does it fall in.
And also Universal Nation and Cafe del mar.

epic/anthem ish, you'll find lots of arguments on this, esp from those who've read a certain guide, but that's just being awkward. To be honest categorizing everything in genres is a bit silly, just put it as 'good' or 'bad' much easier :)

if so Carte Blanche will prolly fall into the 'good' category...love this tune, quality production by VDM!

precisely, too much is given now to putting everything into small neat categories then arguing about it, rather than just 'trance'

We're talking about Veracocha - Carte Blanch? I thought it was produced by Ferry Corsten..

Veracocha = Ferry + VDM

exactly...and since ferry has no real clue about making melodies the melodic part was prolly VDM's work.

I because 'trance' is too broad a term.

I like the epic trance ala Carte Blanche, but I don't like tech trance.

They are different sounds, and as such deserve different classifications, much like a saloon car differs from a hatchback ;)

You can get pregnant on the back seat of both.
