How many Nuclear countries have gone to war with each other or used nukes against each other?
Zero because no one wants a all out nuclear holocaust. You think Russia would start using their ss-18's on the US just because the US nuked Canada and Mexico? |

If they were allies yes, it was willing to do that for Cuba during the 13 days cuban missile crisis. |

Russia was not willing to sacrifice it's self for Cuba that's why Che Guevara lost all respect for the Soviet Union. Che Guevara and Fidel Castro were willing to sacrifice the island. The Soviet Union did back down by removing the missiles didn't they? |
