i hear ya...man i don't know how i used to work out. i can remember points in my early days before i knew any better where i'd do 5 sets of 20 for seriously like 6-7 exercises...there is no way i could do something like that these days :wtf:

ive been sitting solid at 3x10 but re-reading the bible of terminator ive realized it should be 6-8

for beginners a good exercise without any weight is to grab a broomstick and put it behind ur neck, grab both ends with ur hands and just twist from side to side. that'll start to give a nice cut even before lifting anything.
