LOLL thats like saying if someone got hit by a car crossing the road 'well they wouldnt have been able to cross the road if there was no milkbar on the other side to buy chips from'
but she wouldn't have had that opportunity to do it if the milkbar wasn't there. From what the article wrote it sounds like people go to milkbar buy chips and then go back home, it seems the milkbar was quite lucky to have her not spill sauce on their floor.
Sure it's the individuals choice to buy chips and cross the road, but would they have chosen the same thing if they were not at home surrounded by other hungry people who wanted to eat chips OR if the milkbar had tried to promote a safe way across the road?
its not the same type of thing/risks but it sure seems very similar if its put that way

im happy so many people disagree with me.
skoom, your comparison has a modicum of validity. Except the milkbar doesnt have to worry about illegal substances. If the milkbar was really a drug spot, and they got hit walking back across the road, what then?

I wasn't blaming PHD (just providing an alternate viewpoint, tbh it was her own fault.) and saying this is the only place that type of behaviour is going to occur, but as Paulie said it's going to occur a lot more frequently when you are dealing with people who are too immature to know when the party is over. But hey, rave on kids.

in that case im guessing the car would b drugs, coz thats wot she died from
the milkbar would b on a road catching attention of cars stopping every now n then n just driving past in general
she was around others that were j walking so she did it, just so happend she was a dumb and got hit by a car
where as others didnt
u can blame the government for not having crossing lights, as u can blame the government for not trying harder at stopping drugs or woteva
instead, they blame the milkbar/phd.. u can get a sign that says 'DONT J WALK' and u can wear badges that say 'SAY NO TO G' .. wot more do u want?
