I'm in shape. Round is a shape.
What I find the funniest about the above picture is the websites name. In polish, Kurde is a swear word equivelant to damn, but farm more offensive than we find the word Damn. Sorta like "" in the context of "damn".

I hope its reasonably effective -- actually it is! which im gratefull for. I love the idea of doing something that you love and that being beneficial for you.
actually, i really should start jogging again, we have a treadmill, and i just love that feeling after you've run for like 30 minutes or so, you're sweating to death and your endorphines are high... its just such a great feeling! i always feel content and pleased with life after running for a while i find.
(Just gotta get over that laziness factor... bitch!)

actually, the word "kurde" is not considered that offensive.. it's used very casually to express frustration.. sort of like darn or damn
there's another k word that would be like the equivalent of "" ;) |

Considering the extent of my polish upbringing revolves around an older generation of more old fashioned polish people, saying Kurde openly in front of them was UNHEARD OF, hence the reason I thought it was very offensive.
