man did u even read most of what we talked about.....i dont know how much u read....but im not just talkin about 1 in comp....its deeper then that...hell i wasnt even there that night....im just speakin in general....it is just very poorly run......like i said before i dont have with Leon....Leon is one cool mutha a....its just the way that that they run things bothers me....very unprofesional...that is all im saying |

Bro, you have to learn how to and when to give your feedback properly, whether it is a positive or negative feedback. You have to do it in a mature, professional manner if you want to be taken seriously. Honestly, I read this thread and the one you linked up to and I have to say that you didn't write any feedback nor advice, you wrote nothing but insults to Leon and his staff. Not good bro, especially since you weren't even there and don't EXACTLY know what happened! You want to give your advice, do it without putting anyone down or insulting anyone. Same goes for everyone, if you are going to give a helpful feedback to the club, then do it in a professional manner so you could be taken seriously.

Ditto! I dont think people here understand the complete details of putting together a production of this size on this level of frequency. I wont get into details but considering how long spundae has been doing it (12+ years), the resources that avalon has (Millions!) and what Leon and TCH has to work with, I can't complain but only give props to him and his staff. Things take time to work out and possibly this thread will expose some of the weaknesses of the club but you guys gotta give him and his staff a break here. no one has brought in this many european DJ's on this side of the mississippi so take a chill pill and provide positive reinforcement and not destructive criticism.

Most people can read between line of Noree posts and can figure out why you motivated. your posts is kind of "shady" to me.
But let me clear with you guys:

I did ask Clovis to post picture on my website and
he did approved
He did ask me to put his name on the picture, I did reply “I don’t have time to add his name to every single picture, be honost I don’t know how to do it”.
But I did say “if you want, you could add your name to the picture and send to me”. And he did send email back and “ok let me do it”. Is this correct Clovis? If so, i'm still waiting for corrected pics.
And then when you hear Kristina not my resident anymore then You send email me not very polite, take your picture out ASAP.... Why you change you mind all the time, but I can figure out WHY…..
Anyway a lot of fan come to Heaven take a picture, I collect all the picture and post in my website, I don’t see what wrong with that. You have to proud your self is your picture on Heaven website
Many clubs do this, if I have to deal additional legal contracts for each fan photographer, it is too much work with everything I do already. In future, I will only work with photogs who are understanding of my efforts. No one goes to clubs to see photographers, so stop making yourself more important than paying
customers who come for music and love of scene. To stop dealing with a bunch of headeach, from now on I only let Michelle take picture. Thanks a lot Michelle.

Take your money buy the DVD TIC you will see $70 worth it or not. I paid $1000 for airticket and a lot of other expend to go to Amsterdam last year to see TIC.

That the reason why last time I let Dave T and Michelle explain for Heaven, because they not working for Heaven. They speak from their heart and for truth. Their opinions are not hidden behind some "shady" dealings with friends.
As you guy know I’m always take care for TA when they come to Heaven. Why I did not give comp to Clovis, even he paid I’m still not welcome to let him IN, why because he always say about Heaven. Why I have to let people come to my house and say and mess up my house.
If you hate so much, please all of us a favor and take your hate to some other club. You will be more happy and so will we. There are thousands of happy paying customers at heaven, so we can't please all but many.
*About Motorcycle:
Jes(Motorcycle) or Motorcycle (Jes) what’s a difference. When you see Motorcycle Live post anywhere in the world, That mean only JES, they never do live together, only onetime at WMC. If Dave have a
problem, he need to talk to Jes not me. And the bottom line is book Jes I paid, I’m not cheating any one.
Jes is 1/3 equal part of Motorcycle. she has as much right to promote herself as she please. Jes and booking agent choose Heaven. I have discussed this with Dave and things should be cool/OK. Gabriel and Drsden are always welcome at Heaven as guests and to perform if they want. In the future, to avoid complications, it
may be best to promote it as Jes of Motorcycle. I was not trying to
deceive anybody.
For Book Acosta
Some people like Acosta then come and see him, if who you don’t like him then don’t. What the problem for Heaven book Acosta. If he really really bad dj. That still fine because I book more than 50 good djs show far. So that only 2 or 3% Heaven book bad djs.
So…..Spundae and other club book Acosta too. And you look at the vibe last nite we have, every body have so much fun. SO What really a problem here……Anyway I really sick of this kind of threat, could
you guy stop it please. If you don’t want to come to Heaven, don’t come. Please don’t try to break the LOVE from the true fan to Heaven.

I have so much to say and share with everyone regarding these topics, but I will wait to post them til I speak to Leon and Co. themselves.
The treatment Tania and I recieved on Friday was appalling, I will post the details of this later. (this will expain partially what Noree was so fuming about)
This is only one of a million things I have been holding inside and have not been able to speak about for some time.
I really try to not get involved with this stuff (if you look at all my posts they are related to gigs and promotions and trance), but I can't stay silent anymore, and there are many people who probably could tell you why.
The real TRUTH needs to come out.
The ball is in your court Leon... you know exactly what I'm talking about..
(and for the record, I love every minute I spent with all of you at Heaven and I never had beef with anyone, and I know some may give me for speaking out, but if they were in my shoes, it would all make sense. I try not to play DJ politics, but it is close to impossible.. the music industry is a very crazy and shady business.. and its hard to play the game by the rules when there are so many people telling blatant lies.) |

i know i vented out my frustration after my guestlist was lost for the Robert Nickson show... but i probably should have just communicated with the person that handles guestlist stuff in private, instead of coming on the boards in public and airing dirty laundry.
i have been reading all the arguments back and forth and i think that it would be best if the parties involved just communicated in private and worked out a solution. |
