i'm merely saying if this was some kind of great live show and tiesto was some great artist...then i could see paying to go see something like this, but he's not. he is a dj...at this time in the music scene i can't justify paying that much to see ANY dj. its just a little ridiculous. i mean seriously what is so special about this show in comparison to any other show in a club? its in a stadium? its longer? there are some stupid arcobats? so all of you that like to use the excuse that "we aren't anybody bla bla"...that's not the point.
the fact that i don't particularly like his productions these days is secondary to the fact that the whole idea and concept of a single dj doing this is stupid... |

You know the great thing about the whole thing is, nobody gives a f*ck about your spineless opinions that lack any sort of substance whatsoever. You sound like an angry teenager. Go paint your nails black, wear makeup, and go cry in a corner. Your argument about him being "just a DJ" is pathetic. The president of the United States is "just a president." The Beetles were "just a rock band." A Ferrari is "just a car." Your logic is "just plain bull." A Tiesto concert, or any "just a DJ" show will be better off without your " all end all" attitude. Of course I do. When Tiesto remixed Silence, he became an international name and went up about 40 places on the DJ list. After a few more choice remixes and Suburban Train, he hit the top.
Look at any major DJ. They might have got some profile as a DJ, but it's when they start making big tracks that they really roll in the money. That's why 90% of trance tracks exist- to raise profile for the producer so they can get DJ gigs. Fact of the scene. |
