The Shining, It, and Poltergiest all gave me the scares as a kid, the rest are piss.
Added to this: Does anybody else notice that the more CGI is used in horror movies, the less scary it becomes. Horror movies were scary when they were shot so that the horror of it all was left somewhat to your imagination. Now, all of scary movies of today CGI the hell out of it and in the end, their movies turn out to be cheeze instead of creativly shot horror masterpieces. |

That was a good moment
I got chills watching a part of 'The Grudge' when the girl sees the shadow move on the security monitor in the office building, she then quickly goes home & lockes the door. A minute later her phone rings & that aweful crokey sound starts "grrrrrrraaaaaaa". the bloody thing had followed her home. The girl then jumps into bed & the Grudge woman comes up through the sheets!
