Great news for toronto hockey fans, purples now an affoardable $35 , looks like i can go out to a couple games this year!

The 2005-06 regular season schedule was announced Wednesday. Single game ticket information for the Leafs is expected to be announced in mid-September.
SEASON SEAT HOLDER PRICING STRUCTURE:
Seat Location 2005-06 Price
Purple $35
Blue/Green $68
Club, Side $152
Red $125
Gold, Side $173
Platinum, Side $173
Prices Also Frozen For 2006-07 Regular Season |

Sorry, $35 is still too much. I'd rather go to a bar, get myself hammed with my buddies and scream at the TV, if I indeed actually decide to care again. |

still...I expect the Board's conversation to be more like this:
"so other teams are slashing prices to bring back the fans...maybe we should consider a price cut"

No, it was much more than that...
When I go into work tomorrow (don't ask :() I'll find the percentages from my Toronto_Leaf Fan email.
Off the top of my head it was like, 14% for the purple section and 48% (I think) for some other section... |

| Purples last (operating) season were $55 so yeah, that's pretty damn good. |
