Motorola issues. PLZ HELP!!!

ok so i have the razr black, and everything is cool and stuff, but the software fecking sucks. the mobile phone tools, i want to give it like so that i can kick its ass..
i am having the darndest problems seding pics and mp3s over to my phone, and if iam succesfull most of the times the phone wont recognize the files. it wont' recognize mp3s at all, it says corrupted files. the pics it will open them once in a while, most of the times it says file too big. so i converted all my pics' resolution to 176x220, which is the resolution that the pics on the phone have, and still.

first...razr don't play mp3s, only midi files

I've found programs that I could flash my phone to unlock status and many other cool features ;) |

Either. Amazon is now offering a free Razr with a ONE year contract for T-Mobile users. Buy.com is offering a free black Razr with a bluetooth headset with a two year contract. |

| i was having troubles transfering files from my pc to my v710 and it ended up being a .sys file. usbser.sys in c:\windows\system32\drivers, i had to replace it with one modified/created in 2000 instead of 2004. fixed the connection errors, nothing else. |

yeah, i got it with t-mobile.
another thing is that the web-browser doesn't want to go.
not that i would use it really, but still doesn't want to go.
it's supposed to play mp3s, isn't.
are you using the software that came with the phone or something else.
i'll try converting to midi.
but my damn jpeg don't come out as crisp as i want them to, or they just won't load at all. i can make out if i am starring at a titi or what:eek: |

I heard T-mobile and Razrs don't get along. A friend of mine has a Razr with T-mobile here in Atlanta and he's also have all sorts of problems. Check your earbud. He said he had to return 2 of his razrs because it's defective. I have a Cingular Razr and it's smooth sailing. Although I haven't really used all it's nice features yet. |

so does it play mp3 at all........
i'll try fecking with midi later on today, but it would be nice.
went through a couple of motorola forums, and all of them talk about mp3 capabilities for the razr. also some modding .

According to this review, http://www.mobiledia.com/phones/motorola/razr-v3.html, it specifically says it can play mp3 ringtones. I haven't had a chance to test that out yet. (I'm waiting for my USB cable.) |

Even though i have a V600 the transfer process should be the same. first i want to say that the Mobile phone tools blows chucks. That crap scrwed up my bluetooth connecion from my computer.
The best thing to do is just use bluetooth to transfer files, you don't need mobile tools for that. same effect, just faster. |
