Another great beach party thrown by our very own Sally & Michael! Kudos, guys!
Got to see sets from John Limebeer, Max Q, John Trembley, Kabo (?- the prog trance set), & Mossey vs Schryer. Good job, everyone! Mossey dropped Sasha's mix of "Insomnia" which was mindblowing!!! So glad I finally heard it! (tune of the day for me).
A much larger turnout from last year's party, and an added bonus of having the Shakti Collective party just a few feet away! It was nice to be able to escape to the psytrance stage when u wanted to.
Cops showed up at some point, but only to tell us to have fun & keep the noise down, cuz if they were to get complaints from the islanders, they'd have to come shut it down. We were all pretty shocked that they let it go, with all the beer empties we were trying to hide from plain site, but it was all good in the end.
Some dumb junglists who were still left over from a party the night before, at one point started a bonfire, which we told them to put out. Hours later it was still smoldering, so RyanM & I went to douse it with some water, and upon close investigation I noticed that it was their SPEAKER that they had set on fire!! Dumbasses! That thing smelled so bad, like a herd of wet camels. Ewwwwww!!!
Great to have hung out w/the whole gang, as always. Especially nice to be along in the company of the ever-elusive RyanM & Michael, lol! Ended up leaving at 12am, to put those 2 to bed, since they'd been up for a long time, and plus I had a headache from too much hookah action (or from the chemical fumes from the burning speaker, lol!). Hope it was good til the end!

It was nice to actually see people in daylight and talk to them as the Music was loud enough to dance but yet you could still talk it up!
Went over to the Psy-Trance area and man those people had it set up. Nicer that some nightclubs I’ve attended. Although I don't know if it was Psy they were spinning when I was there?
Anyways nice to see Y'all again.

I showed up late (8:30ish when the cops showed up), had a great time. I had no idea a Cherry Beach party could be like that, with a big turnout and other parties going on around the area.
Nice meeting up w/regulars & chilling w/good company such as funkyfun, samhouse, tully, xtina (shisha addict), spyd0r, tordan, jason, and meeting up w/Simon! |

I had a great time, just like last year!
was great to see some ppl that I haven't seen in ages!
really enjoyed teh vibe and the music, was awesome to see shyrer and mossey playing together again! my friends from work that matt and i brought w/ us, commented how on how friendly and nice everyone was. I really look forward to these parties, thanks to all those responsible for putting this event together-- you did a fantastic job! |

first time at Cherry Beach and I loved it.
Got there around 4pm and there was maybe 2 ppl I recognized there haha.
soon enough though there were plent of TA's everywhere.
Great tunes...each DJ did a fanastic job.
I love day parties. I met some really amazing ppl :)
