yeah, orginally it was 5 and then we got word he wanted to go on at 11:00 instead of 10:00 and i thought i had changed it everywhere. I guess i missed a couple of places. It would definitly been the 4 but he got caught with an interview and then the involved event winner so it got cut 15 minutes at the end of the day, honestly i still wanted that long set too.
I was planning on just starting to make the month long thread for my saturdays that you told me i could do starting for the september shows. Is the stwo week rule still in effect for month long threads? |

| also what about deleting threads where the event has already happened. If people want to do a review of the event or post pics then they start a review thread so it doesn't end up looking like the board is filled with event promotion threads? |

| no point in deleating the thread. the thread dies. review threads arent done anymore unless there is a big turnout. or a hell of a party. |

i guess it was just more for the appearance, kind of like how it looks cluttered now with tons of events. But that also has to do with splitting the forums. Like i said ultimatly if we can get swamper to add the events forum like toronto all will be solved.
I only have one other august event and after that i plan on going the route of a monthly schedule post. |

You can do month long threads of all your parties in place of a thread for each party. I think that's how you do it at Jive and Lunar? Your choice. |

Jive yes, lunar i post all my events but not just a ton of seperate posts all at one time |

I prefer seperate threads two weeks advance so people can discuss roll calls, preparties, dinners and meetups. You can do your 2005 events update in the event list. It's really a training thing to have readers check that post. That's why it's there. |

unfortunatly not, but ask lee ann i think she has some insight on who the live ac tis at least. We also have another headliner in the main room and working on headliners for the 2nd area as well. |
