Aye and aye: In fact, my girlfriend doesn't even drink, and as for myself, the only reason why I engaged on sex before marriage, other than already trusting my girlfriend enough for that, is because she almost died - it makes no sense to find someone you get along pretty darn well, want to marry them, wait till marriage and then for some reason destiny does something to interrupt your plans.
However, I reckon that my self-righteous sister's boyfriend should be canonised by the Vatican. She doesn't drink and she's always whining about him occasionally drinking with his friends (something that happens once every three months). And she even argues with his friends. |

i wouldn't take anyone who drinks alcochol on every possible occassion. yes, during a special occasion, sure. but i'm just not much into girls who are asking for a GHB incident
sex eh. i'd only take it if i was TRULY in love and marriage was already in our heads as a possibility. |

To be quite honest, I don't think I can date a girl who doesn't want to have sex until marriage. Sex is a big part of a relationship and I feel that it's like a major difference of values and I could not do that.
For the alcohol part, as long as she does not try to make me stop drinking or look down at me and my friends for it, that's no problem. I mean if she can come out and party with me and have fun but just chooses not to drink, more power to her. But she just has to be acceptive of me and my choices. |
