Good grief you guys are idiots. Despite if he is good right now or not, he is as popular as he has ever been. Dont try to make up some because you talked to a few "friends".
I mean take a look at the review thread i have never seen that many hits EVER in this forum.
This has nothing to do with preferences, but to say he is not popular in or around his home town is just plain STUPID. He will definately take #1 this year once again.
Just because a few people on this forum think otherwise does not mean anything. Its much more larger than that. |

Tijs is listed as my #1 dj.. and I love him.. but do I think he should get #1 again this year.. NO, I don't! I think there are others out there who deserve it more than he does for other reasons such as producing. If Tiesto wasn't so commercial, do you really think he would still be #1?? |

Preach is bootyshakingacular and definetly will break the top 50 if not 25. Honorable mentions to these people who had a great year (up to this point ofcourse)...

There are many more but these are just some people don't mention all the time that I thought deserved recognition. |

My predictions for top 10 in no order:
Tiesto---> I just can't see him not #1
PVD---> should be #1
Sasha
Above and Beyond
Yoji
Ferry Corsten
Armin Van Buuren--> Probly #2 this year
Chris Lawrence-->just cuz he was there last year
Markus Shultz--->it's a popularity contest, so why not
DJ Danny D:D ----> now really, think about this, every tiesto shud vote for him too |

I wonder how many of these threads I've posted in over the years, and how my opinion has changed... And although I agree with the idea of voting for upcoming talent, or supporting our locals, I'm keeping my vote this year brutally honest.
1. Max Graham (big year for Max production wise, my all-time fav)
2. Steve Lawler (saw him 5 times this year, LOL, and he's never let me down once)
3. Sasha (fresh yet legendary, what a stage presence)
4. Jacques Lu Cont (someone hype this motha a up, unreal live performance, and no one, NO ONE can touch him for productions this year)
5. Danny Howells (loved the GU this year, and Danny live is awesome) |
