i was runing late today, so i didn't wana bother going to work so i was going to call in sick. , i called in sick last week..so what to do?
say i have a family emergency. i wasn't expecting to have to talk to somone cause it usually goes to the machine..but this time it didn't. and when he asked 'whats the emergency' i could have easily said 'i prefer not to say' but instead, i said my cousin fell down the stairs'

| Falling down the stairs is a very good and legit excuse. For example, one of our co-workers recently fell down the stairs at his home. He was an in his 30's or so, he was hospitalized afterwards and died in the hospital 2 days ago. |
