tropical storms wont be any worse than a mid summers day shower for us. but thanks for the concern leeann. :)

omg there is a PLUS to all of this...
My birthday = Friday and I HAD to work...
but now since my job is serious about this since I work right by the beach...they are closing the office down! and tomorrow we may go home early..

I may possibly still be going to Tampa, for now it's 99.9% sure.
I just don't want to be driving through windy ass weather. |

oh come on people... you candy asses...
this is the lowest T. Storm there can be... it says that winds are only 40mph... and like Flo said... just another rainy day... the drive up to Tampa might suck a bit, but nothing that would cause power outages or anything to major...

you got a long way to go and since its so close to land it has no room to get that serious...
i wish we had some excitement on the weather front... and exciting day here is if it cools off to 108!! yippiee

Haha good luck but I think NYC has experienced worst storms. I wanna be in a hurricane! Dont ask why Im not scared to die etc I just want to experience one!!! |

go find a time machine, travel back to august 1992, and stay in homestead. then tell me you want to experience that . :rolleyes:
tropical storms and hurricane cat 1+2 are just an excuse to party, but the major hurricanes can seriously be really ed up. so be careful what you wish for. |

Ben (Intermilan31) I went through Andrew 13 years ago today to be exact. It was so bad nobody will ever forget every single detail that happened that night.We All have stories about near deaths,the way we had to live and things we did in the aftermath etc.... I was in Homestead (Leisure City to be exact) which was right under the eye of the storm.Today almost everyone I know who went through it has told me and called me for a happy anneversary of Andrew......Well we're happy we survived.
trust me you dont wanna go through an Andrew. |
